By accessing Promealplan, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Non-compliance prohibits service use.
2. Description of Service
Promealplan is a platform specialized in meal planning for fitness coaches and nutrition professionals.
3. User Responsibility
Users are accountable for account actions and security. Each user is permitted to create and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts per individual is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
All platform content and services belong to Promealplan under copyright and trademark protections. Unauthorized use is prohibited except as expressly permitted.
5. User Conduct
Users must comply with applicable laws and avoid unlawful activities or interference with service operations.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not warrant that the diet plans and recipes provided through our platform are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
7. Limitation of Liability
Promealplan disclaims liability for damages from service use or inability to use the platform.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time; continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
French law governs these terms, with disputes resolved in French courts.
10. Reimbursements and Subscription Cancellation
All fees are non-refundable. Promealplan offers a 7-day free trial that requires a valid credit card. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your card will be automatically charged for the selected subscription plan. No refunds are issued once billing begins—you must cancel before the trial end date to avoid being charged. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period and can be canceled anytime, with access continuing through the current paid period.
11. Price Modifications
Promealplan reserves the right to modify subscription pricing.
12. Right to Block Users
The platform may block or suspend users without notice for violations, fraud, or security concerns.
13. Fair Use of Service
Users must use services fairly within their subscription level. Bypassing restrictions through account sharing, software exploitation, or vulnerability abuse is prohibited.
14. Restrictions on Redistribution
Meal plans, recipes, and any other content generated by Promealplan are intended for personal use and direct application with individual clients only. Mass redistribution and resale are forbidden.
15. Prohibition on BtoC SaaS Services
Users cannot operate meal planning SaaS platforms using Promealplan without authorization. Individual coaches may serve direct clients only.
