1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Promealplan, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Non-compliance prohibits service use.
2. Description of Service
Promealplan, operated by Pro Meal Plan LLC, provides meal planning and training tools for general fitness and nutrition coaching. It is not a clinical record system, medical device or service for diagnosing or treating medical conditions.
3. User Responsibility
Users are accountable for account actions and security. Each user is permitted to create and operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts per individual is strictly prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
Promealplan retains its rights to platform content and services. You retain ownership of videos you upload. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload them and share them with your clients. You grant Pro Meal Plan LLC a nonexclusive license to store, process and stream those videos to you and your clients solely to provide the service. Unauthorized use of platform content is prohibited except as expressly permitted.
5. User Conduct
Users must comply with applicable laws and avoid unlawful activities or interference with service operations.
6. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not warrant that the diet plans and recipes provided through our platform are accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs.
7. Limitation of Liability
Promealplan disclaims liability for damages from service use or inability to use the platform.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time; continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
French law governs these terms, with disputes resolved in French courts.
10. Reimbursements and Subscription Cancellation
Promealplan offers free access without a credit card. Paid subscriptions begin only when you choose to upgrade. You may request a full refund of your first subscription payment within 30 days of that payment, without providing a reason. This applies to monthly and annual subscriptions. Contact support through the platform or contact page to request the refund. The guarantee excludes renewal payments and separate purchases such as add-ons or plan packs. A refund ends the refunded paid subscription. Outside this guarantee, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be canceled anytime; cancellation alone retains access through the paid period and does not request a refund.
11. Price Modifications
Promealplan reserves the right to modify subscription pricing.
12. Right to Block Users
The platform may block or suspend users without notice for violations, fraud, or security concerns.
13. Fair Use of Service
Users must use services fairly within their subscription level. Bypassing restrictions through account sharing, software exploitation, or vulnerability abuse is prohibited. The Scale plan is designed for individual coaches and teams of up to 5 members. Gyms, studios, and multi-location businesses require an Enterprise agreement.
14. Restrictions on Redistribution
Meal plans, recipes, and any other content generated by Promealplan are intended for personal use and direct application with individual clients only. Mass redistribution and resale are forbidden.
15. Prohibition on BtoC SaaS Services
Users cannot operate meal planning SaaS platforms using Promealplan without authorization. Individual coaches may serve direct clients only.

17. Nutrition data
Our ingredient catalogue was built from research using USDA, Ciqual and FatSecret data. Values are often averages chosen to represent the selected food, rather than an unchanged entry from one source. Users can add foods using Open Food Facts and USDA imports, or enter their own values. Nutrient values and AI estimates may vary with the product, preparation, portion and source quality. Review ingredients, allergens, amounts and nutritional suitability before sharing a plan. We do not promise laboratory accuracy or medical suitability.
18. Client information
You determine the purpose of your coaching and are responsible for lawful collection, client information notices and any required consent or sensitive-data condition. Submit only information needed for general coaching and use appropriate client and team permissions. Our production databases are in the United States. Consult the Privacy Policy for providers, international processing and data-rights requests. A complete self-service account export is not currently available. Contact support for export requests and the current status of customer DPA and transfer documentation; the Privacy Policy is not a substitute for that agreement.
